Photographic Society of America 2015-2016 Greenhood Scholarship
The Education Foundation is proud to be partnering with the Photographic Society of America (PSA) in 2015 to award the Greenhood Scholarships to photography students who are studying at The Art Institutes across the country. Four students will be selected as winners with each receiving a scholarship award from The Education Foundation on behalf of the PSA. Each winner will also earn the honor to have their work published by the PSA both online and in print; will receive a one-year membership in the PSA; will have the opportunity to prepare and have displayed a portfolio of work at the 2015 Annual PSA International Conference of Photography (held in the fall of 2015); and have an opportunity to attend and be recognized at that conference. Below the submitted images are displayed in a gallery at the Art Institutes International Minnesota.
The Education Foundation awards academic scholarships to students who are studying at schools owned by Education Management Corporation. The Foundation has awarded over $5 million in scholarships since its founding in 1999.
The PSA was founded in 1934 to “Promote the Arts and Sciences of Photography and to further public education therein.” The organization boasts membership in all 50 states as well as 60 other countries around the world.
