STUDIO RENTAL PRICING

week day rates:  1 hour – $60   |   1.5 hours – $85   |   2 hours – $110   |   4 hours – $210   |   6 hours – $300

(Coming Soon) weekend rates:  1.5 hours – $130   |   2 hours – $160   |   4 hours – $300   |   6 hours – $420

RENTAL INCLUDES:

  • 1200 sqft space with a 800sqft professional photography studio
  • Changing room / restroom
  • Vanity / makeup station
  • Reception area
  • Snacks & drinks for you and your clients
  • Lighting equipment and modifiers upon request
  • Constant and strobe lighting available.
  • Photographers are required to have insurance coverage and provide a copy to keep on file.
  • Hold harmless contract will be signed and kept on file.
  • No pets.
  • You are responsible for putting all equipment and props back when you are done and leaving the space as you found it for the next person.

  • *Bookings are for the studio rental and do not include a photographer. Camera equipment is not included.
