STUDIO RENTAL

This holiday set is designed for photographers who want to enjoy a professionally styled set in the comfort of a local Castle Rock studio. Our warm & cozy holiday theme was curated by interior designer Jalen Cavanaugh with Clydesdale Interiors. Perfect for photographers that want to offer an indoor holiday set experience to their clients without the daily studio expenses.

WHEN: Weekends, October 29th – December 18th

WHERE: Castle Rock Headshots photography studio – 350 Perry Street, Castle Rock 80104

HOLIDAY SET STUDIO RENTAL PRICING – weekend rates:

4 hours – $440 ($110/hr)

6 hours – $600 ($100/hr)

 8 hours – $760 ($95/hr)

RENTAL INCLUDES:

  • 1200 sqft space with a 800sqft professional photography studio
  • Changing room / restroom
  • Vanity / makeup station
  • Reception area
  • Snacks & drinks for you and your clients
  • Lighting equipment and modifiers upon request

SET DESIGN

Our 2022 Warm & Cozy holiday set is designed and installed by interior designer Jalen Cavanaugh with Clydesdale Interiors.

Set includes a frosted and decorated tree, cozy bench, pillows, blanket, baskets and more.

MAKE IT YOUR OWN

Set includes everything you need to create beautiful holiday images but if you are looking for a little variety, here’s a few suggestions on props to bring with you…

  • Wrapped present boxes
  • Extra large ornaments
  • Wreath
  • Christmas lights
  • Stockings
  • Lanterns
  • Sled
  • Snowman
  • SANTA
  • Due to the beautiful overhead lighting and surrounding white walls, studio lighting is not necessary for this holiday set but studio lighting is available upon request if you want to keep a low ISO.
  • Photographers are required to have insurance coverage and provide a copy to keep on file.
  • Hold harmless contract will be signed and kept on file.
  • No pets.
  • *Bookings are for the studio rental and do not include a photographer. Camera equipment is not included.
